Nextbite pays our restaurant partners every two weeks. You will find further information about the schedule of payments, the standard statements, and other details around pay-outs here.
We also have created a Revenue Recovery process process that will alert you when refunds or cancellations will impact your payout amounts. This allows restaurants to submit a claim to the DSP’s to request the funds from that order. More about this disputes process can be found here.
